Meet the Coaches
Founder & Head Coach
Kelvin Sekigahama
Hello everyone, my name is Kelvin Sekigahama, and I a co-founder of Swish School as well as an alumni at American High School. I played over 2 years on Varsity and 11 years in total. I'm currently attending Santa Clara University, but coaching as well. I've coached for over 3 years and started 4 different basketball programs. One thing that I continuously love about coaching is the connection I can make with the children and the value I am able to add to their lives. A fun fact about me is that I have pet tortoises. I hope to see you at Swish School this summer!
Head Coach
Tanvir Chatrath
My name is Tanvir Chatrath I'm a senior at American High School and I like playing basketball because of the skill needed to be good at the game and how competitive it can get especially when meeting new people. Overall I think it’s a great way to relieve stress and coaching is a great way for me to pass down what i’ve been taught to other people. I personally stand for being hardworking, dedicated and looking out for others. A fun fact about me is that I’ve been playing basketball for 12 years and even got cut from my eight grade basketball team but somehow everything has ended up great for me as a basketball player. Can't wait to meet you guys!

Ching Lin (Carl) Kao
Hey everyone! I am a first year undergraduate at UC Davis. I enjoy playing basketball because I get to work hard to get better and see my improvements on the court when playing against other people. I also enjoy coaching and share what I have learned through the years. I am passionate about training and help other people improve their skill and the knowledge of the game. 4 values I stand for: Treat others how you want to be treated, Be kind unconditionally, Keep smiling and have fun, make the world a better place. One fun fact about me is I skipped fifth grade when I first moved to the United States, but stay in school! See you guys on June 17th!
